Installation of timber edging to all interfaces between garden beds, lawn, and toppings areas. Construction of toppings areas with compacted base, along with all paved areas and step stones as shown on the plan. Construction of the above-ground planter box raingarden system, including all specified layers and connections to downpipes. All works to comply with the landscape specifications and relevant Australian Standards noted on the drawings, with contractor to verify all dimensions on site prior to commencement. We require a contractor to attend a recently completed construction site and complete a general tidy-up of the outdoor areas to make presentable. The site was finished a few months ago and requires attention to improve visual appeal and ensure the grounds look clean and well-maintained. It is mostly turf, there will be some planting of new plants required (minimum), we can supply plants, or you can quote to supply. This is an urgent job and needs to be completed on Tuesday, Wednesday at the very latest. Must have own tools and be able remove and dispose of waste.
