I would like underfloor insulation installed on a house I have just moved into. I will purchase the polyester underfloor insulation and galvanised staples, but you would need to bring an electric stapler, a tarp to keep the insulation clean while installing it and any clothing and protective equipment you might need. I have attached images of the underfloor as well as of the floor plan. The house is approximately 125m2.

Roof space is approx 140m2. It’s 1970’s. Old blow in insulation has been there probably since it was built and it looks like the old owners placed some random insulation batts on top. Maybe as part of the old vic govt scheme. We are looking to have a full clear out. No need to install new batts as I’ll do that myself, just looking for it to be cleaned and cleared out. Happy for you to come see the job in person before confirming your price. This job is not for any DIY’ers or handymen. You’ll need the proper equipment. I’ve had a few quotes from companies as a package with removal and then supply and install of new stuff. I’m just checking to see if it’s a better option to install myself and pay someone that owns a large vacuum to just remove/clean.
