I need ceiling insulation installed for a 4 bedroom house. The roof space has a fairly decent amount of room. I have the insulation ready to go. It’s polyester insulation. It’s a bit less harsh to deal with than fibreglass but harder to cut. The beams in the roof are not standard sizes so a lot of the bats will beee to be cut.

Need 180m2 Ceiling Pink Batts installed (already purchased) ASAP. Some cutting required for spaces, also down lights and other services must not be covered. PPE, head lamps, Drinks and food provided. Power will be off. Recommend min 2x pers.

Purchasing and installing residential insulation

Depending on where we get up to. Some basic Chippy work, install insulation and cladding. Rate is hourly.

I have concrete tiles with no sarking. Also only half of the roof is filled with R2.5 insulation. I need someone to do the sarking or other type of reflective foil to be stapled between the rafters. Also instead of fully replacing, I I would rather reuse and push the existing R2.5 towards the back of the house (roof covered patio and the garage) and top up the rest of the roof with at least R3.5, preferably R5 (I prefer synthetic batts, I don't like the glass wool in case I need to work around it). But an aluminium foil is a must. I'm replacing the downlights and the exhaust fans so that you can lay the insulation without any gaps. I may paint the roof white in the future but can't afford replacing the tiles.

I have ceiling batts that need to be laid in ceiling cavity. The manhole is small and in some areas not alot of space. So the person needs to be slim and not super tall. I need insulation in my ceiling. Half of the house has a Cathedral ceiling so it may require blow in insulation. ????? The rest of the ceiling can be batts. There is plenty of space under the house so I would like a quote for that as well.
