Hi, We’re having an issue with our ducted heating system. When we turn on the heating, one room doesn’t warm up at all, while all the other rooms are heating normally. We’re using an AirTouch 2+ system, and it appears to be operating correctly. From what we understand, the issue is more likely related to the air conditioning/heating unit or the airflow, rather than the AirTouch controller itself.
