Hi Team Need to replace shower and toilet

I'm experiencing a slow clearing drainage issue in my bathroom. Despite using various drain cleaning chemicals, the water is still draining very slowly. I'm looking for someone with the expertise to diagnose and fix this problem efficiently. Note: Please bring the necessary tools and equipment to tackle the blockage

I want a mixer tap installed and isolation taps installed under the sink The location will be cleared of clutter on the day. Mixer tap supplied.

Shower head drips slowly. Need to fix it. It is a new shower head which was installed 6 months back.

Fixing new dishwasher inlet and outlet

The drain in the shower has sunk below the level of the tiles. I'm told that the grouting surrounding the drain is in okay condition but the drain itself has dropped lower. There's also a slightly leaky poly pipe underneath the vanity in the same bathroom

The pipes under the sink have a slow leak and the dishwasher hose wont thread correctly. Need the pipes pulled apart and re attached so they don’t leak. Need the hose threaded correctly.

Kitchen sink watertap leakage..

Green mold in bathroom and have been informed that apparently it’s been there for years :( it smells terrible. I know that it’s in the duct above the shower where the exhaust fan is, I know that it’s in some of the pipes and also behind the toilet and inside the cistern. I’m so upset my tenants did not inform me of this 5 years prior. They said the place smelled but they never told me or I would’ve done something about it. Now that I live here, I am trying to fix it and I need your help. I am starting the job at $100 but open to reasonable offers

Tasks: - Disconnect and remove the old veggie spray kitchen sink mixer tap - Supply and fit a new standard round goose neck mixer - Alter water lines to suit new unit - Once is all fitted then test for any leaks Note: Mixer is a standard goose neck mixer

Hi I need the following plumbing works done please 1. Removal and capping of taps as shown with x's. 2. New water source/taps underneath trough as shown with circles. This is for the new washing machine. Small washing machine taps required and plumber to supply. (Not fussed at what they look like) 3. Stove top gas capping 4. Water outlet and drain capped for kitchen bench. The island bench will be removed in the future (another job). Removal of pipes connecting to dishwasher too, no reconnection needed. We will need connecting of the water outlet and drain, and gas stove in the future, however that is for the future. Thanks.

My kitchen tap is leaking..

Three taps are dripping. Need to change washers in 3 taps.

Dishwasher water is blocked. Tried several methods and water won’t drain.
