Find an experienced plumber in Preston VIC

I need a plumber to fit a new bath spout (with diverter) to old pipe. It’s 40mm male to 15mm female. I’ve attached some photos for you to see proposed new tap and old tap. Between where the 40mm pipe comes out and the 15mm inside, there is 90mm room to play with.

We would like to have an old washing machine and dryer removed (currently both stacked on top of each other), and help install a new washing machine (that is currently sitting in the garage).

Need a licensed plumber to replace a failed Tomson tempering valve on my Rheem Stellar 360 gas storage hot water system. Tank is producing 70°C at the outlet but taps are only delivering 38°C. Looking for: Licensed plumber to supply and fit a like-for-like replacement (RMC HeatGuard 15mm or equivalent) compliance cert etc. Standard business hours fine, no urgency The unit is accessible at the side of the house on a timber deck. Existing valve is 15mm with standard union connections, should be a straightforward swap. Please quote total fixed price including parts, labour and call-out.

No hot water, I think pilot light is out. Tried restarting but had trouble.

I need a report done regarding the condition of flexi hoses in my apartment that need to be inspected. It's a 2 bathroom, 1 laundry, 1 kitchen apartment. Must be a legit plumber and be able to provide a report that can be submitted to an insurance company through my apartment buildings strata Corp.

I've turned the water off and drained the tank and it's still dripping

The bathroom sink and shower are both taking a little bit too long to drain. They both do eventually drain but we want to sort it out before it gets worse and fully clogged.

Replace the washers in two shower taps. I have tried but the sprindles are stuck. I have new washers.

I need someone to urgently attend tomorrow before 1pm to fix a running toilet in my townhouse. The toilet has been continuously running for over a week and is currently not flushing properly. This has been an ongoing issue — it’s a new townhouse, but there appears to be a defect with the flushing mechanism or internal system. Previous plumbers have attended and resolved it quickly (usually within 5–10 minutes) by adjusting something within the flush system, so it should be a relatively straightforward fix for someone experienced. I’ll also need photos and videos of the issue and fix for documentation purposes. Looking to get this sorted as soon as possible. Thank you!

We need a new mixer tap installed for our Landry sink. We will supply the part ☺️

2 minor plumbing jobs. Qualified plumbers only please (they are easy jobs for a plumber, but we still want it done properly) 1) Disconnect and cap off the cold water inlet (photo attached) 2) Cut off the drainage pipe (currently connected into kitchen sink drainage) and cap it off. Photo also attached.

Update * Few people have said it is better to go through kitchen cabinets to under the sink. If this is best practice happy for this too. Or could it connect to the sink in the laundry the laundry is the room next door. We bought a new Fisher Paykel fridge and it had an ice dispenser in the door. I need someone to drill hole in the wall safely and connect to the laundry tap. Might need a new part to connect the fridge tap to the larger tap connection see photos please supply new tap connection.
