We are having our gas hot water heater replaced with electric, but before that is done, we need to repair the wall behind the current gas unit while there is an opportunity. The problem is that the current gas unit is against the wall which doesn't allow access. To keep the hot water flowing, we need to temporarily relocated the unit away from the wall (as much as we can) for a few days before the unit is removed entirely.

There is pooling of water from a storm water pipe breakage which is now fixed. I need the pooling water which is in the subfloor crawl space about 15 metres from the trap door to be dispersed so the area can dry out.

We're looking to replace the old basin but it's far too big and the recess causing issues. The job is to remove old basin and extend current benchtop out by 100mm to allow for a new basin with no recess. We have a new basin picked out.
