Need to install 3 bidet sprays in 3 toilets

Storm water drain pipe has come loose and needs to be fixed, need someone that has access to their own ladder to get up onto the roof as the drain pipe is very high up

These two taps are the most used taps in the house and leak especially during the winters. They used to drip and now have started to flow in a tiny stream even when the tap is closed and shut very tight. The house was built in around 2005. We will prefer to work with someone with registered plumbing experience.

I have a new LG fridge. I need dispenser start up. Connect water supply line . Turn on faucet or Saddle valve and air purge . The fridge is not next to the sink , some cupboards and cabinets in between.

Flush tank water is leaking into the bowl; so guess the washer is not falling all the way down to close after the flush. Also it (the yellow part) does not go all the way down.
