Toilet cistern: The cistern is not filling with water after flushing. Needs inspection and repair. Both repairs are at the same property. Scope of Work (in parts) : Work 1 - Replace existing electric hot water tank • Safely disconnect and remove the existing electric hot water tank (Rheem 132L). • New valve kit provided • Install a new electric hot water tank, ensuring compliance with all local building codes and safety standards (Rinnai 125L). • Connect the new unit to existing plumbing and electrical systems. • Test the install the new system. Work 2 - Sink Installation & Water Supply Connection • Fit and secure the sink unit in place (including basin, taps/faucet, and fixtures) • Minor connection/joining works as required to connect (A) sink (including one kitchen tap/faucet) (B) existing washing machine incoming/outgoing outlet (C) existing dishwasher incoming/outgoing outlet to hot and cold water supply and waste outlet. • Install shut-off valves and ensure all connections are leak-free. • Sink and tap/faucet + fixtures provided • P-trap, cleanout, drain tailpeice etc. not provided. • Washing machine and dishwasher hose extensions not provided. • 2x 3-way manifold (Hotwater & coldwater) for sink, washing machine and dishwasher not provided • Test all appliances and fixtures for correct water flow, drainage, and sealing. • Seal and caulk around the sink as needed. • Generally clean-up of the work area. I purchased a kitchen new mixer tap to replace an old tap that was leaking. I need the new tap installed.

Have an old Aquamax hot water system that has always worked fine. After the wind yesterday the pilot went out and have spent an hour trying to relight it without success. 1. Could be I am a spud 2.
