I am having three issues: 1. I heard dripping in my bedroom ceiling 2. Water is dripping on inside of window and a friend said the mortar seemed to be able to be scraped out (ie: possibly wall is issue) 3. Also wonder if another wall is an issue: found puddle inside kitchen and wall seemed wet on inside, with no other discernible cause. house is double brick, 1980s, single story, tile roof Need someone who can potentially assess and fix all three: qualified and insuranced

We have a 1.23m by 0.45m double bowl sink and drain board. We are looking to get this replaced by a single bowl sink and drain board. I’ve bought the sink with the closest measurements 1.2M by 0.5m. This means the sink falls short by about 3ish cm on the width side and is about 5cm too long on the length side. Looking for someone to help with replacing the sink, as well as figuring out how to make the countertop work with the sink. If possible, see whether a cutout from one side can be stuck on the the other side - failing which a countertop replacement might be needed. Countertop is laminate

Looking for a plumber to swap out our double bowl kitchen sink for a single bowl sink, and install a new pull-out mixer tap. What’s involved: • Remove existing sink + tap • Install new single bowl sink (already purchased) • Install new pull-out mixer tap (already purchased) • Benchtop is laminate • Supply and fit any required pipes/fittings under the sink • Test and make sure everything is working properly, no leaks Measurements: length and width roughly 1.2m by 50cm. The new sink should fit well without any new cutting of the laminate - but there might be some slight adjustments/cutring required. 2 shower heads need to he replaced and sealed. kitchen tap is loose and needs fixing. check under sink connections in the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. check valves. cost is for time only and parts will be additional. ill choose a shower head depending on recommendation and connection type. i consider myself a fair and easygoing customer. Must have current Victorian Plumbing Licence and Victorian Gas Fitting Licence. In kitchen remove old tap spout and fit new supplied tap spout. In bathroom remove old vanity and tap ware and fit new supplied tap ware and pop-up waste. In ensuite: - Fix leaking shower. - remove old hand basin and tap ware and fit new supplied vanity, tap ware and pop-up waste. - Also looking to fit a new Tornado Flush toilet against wall and seek your advice.

My kitchen sink is blocked since Sunday. Water is still draining but very slow. I've tried using a planger, unclogging gel and high pressure unbloker but they didn't work.

My house doesn’t have the pressure control or pressure restricting valve in the main water supply. Need to add that.

Old taps in shower needs to be replaced to new ones (new ones have already been purchased). Old taps in wash basins (4 wash basins) needs to be replaced to new ones (new ones have already been purchased). Old ones are 2 taps this will need to be changed to single taps. You will need to purchase plugs for the gaps in the wash basin. Also please remove Old sealant around wash basin to new ones. Showers - 1 Wash basins - 4

Faucet pops off when turned on. Screw to tighten has rusted in and seals are worn. Need to replace faucet. Please replace. Can either supply a new faucet and you connect or you can supply and install.

Plumber to check and fix toilet smell Occasionally the toilet becomes very, very smelly. It is fixed by flushing but it takes a while for the smell to clear It does not happen every day so assume there is some sort of blockage or a water issue with the pipes Payment negotiable depending on fix required, parts etc

Below jobs need to be completed 1) Replace old shower taps to new ones (taps already purchased). 2) Replace old wash basin taps to new ones. Please note tge old ones had two taps one for hot and one for cold. This will need to be changed to a single one, 35mm basin mixer tap already purchased. Replacement required for 4 wash basins. For the gap please put basin plugs which I do not have. If time permits remove silicon from wash basin and apply new ones.

The dishwasher drain needs to be connected to sink drain. All the cabinet holes are already done.

Just moved to the property, tried to install bidet but it looks like some glued the hose to the tape. Hose/ tape may need replacement im not too sure.

Toilet bowl unattached from the floor in ensuite. Because of movement downpipe started to leak. Need to secure bowl back to the floor and tie up the pipe.

Water tank parts and pipe need change. A crack leaking. Need Replace a new rainwater bucket. I don't want to change whole new water tank.
