Bathroom sink leaking in bathroom at surfers paradise Whole unit water can be turned off within unit easier small task

Seeking licensed plumber with proper diagnostic tool to perform a leak detection on 2 bedroom unit on ground floor unit. We will liaise with unit upstairs for access to perform the test to determine if anything is leaking from unit above. Suspect slow leak from unit above from main bathroom and balcony.

Toilet seat is a little loose and probably needs one of the plastic fittings that sit on the pin replaced. Toilet / bathroom is clean and hygienic.

Had to take laundry sink drain apart to retrieve something and can’t not put it back together due to a back injury, quick job for someone who can get in there and align it all at the correct angles.

I think I have a faulty waterinlet Valve as it shows a red Tap Icon and makes squeeking noise, I can n ot hear any water entering. it counts down withpout any activity.

Needs to be done today. Need outlet valve (supplied) + Inlet valve replaced, or replace with a new cistern, whatever is easiest for you. Had a small leak from the inlet valve and then the flushing broke so just wanting both replaced and leak fixed. Located nerang.

I need a plumber to come in and connect some pipes to the main pipe in a bathroom I am renovating.

Cracked seat causing shower leak. It's been determined and diagnosed previously that reseating is unfortunately not an option as the crack is too big and cant be drilled out and that the shower breech/combination needs to be replaced via jib at back of shower. See attached picture for reference and suggestions. I'm happy to cut away gib for access if required.
