Early 1980's highset house has been demolished, concrete foundation and plumbing remain. All plumbing provisions are external to the house. Waste and sewerage have been cut at ground level and temporarily capped off. Temporary site water has been connected near the meter on the property and a garden tap installed. Demolition permit expires on the 23rd of May, Form 4 needs to be lodged with QBCC no later than the 22nd.

The outside tap handle has broken just needs to be replaced

Older bathroom, the shower is the acrylic type and seems like it was a home job and the seals need replacing on it also on toilet and the bathroom sink. Not leaking at the moment and my concern is that when the silicon is removed from the shower the acrylic may crack. Don't know if that is the case?
