All demolition has already been completed, with existing pipework exposed and wall/floor chases prepared for the new layout. The scope is primarily to: -Install new pipework to suit the updated bathroom design -Replace the existing main valve (currently leaking intermittently) I’m happy to assist with any additional preparation work if required, to help streamline the installation. While this may sound like a large job, most of the labour-intensive demolition and chasing has already been completed—so the focus is on the plumbing installation. We’re after someone experienced, reliable, and fair with pricing. The budget is flexible. The apartment is located in Biggera Waters. My wife will be available on Monday and Tuesday to provide access for an inspection and quote, but I can assist you with the inspection any day before 8:00 am.
