Find an experienced plumber in Tugun

Hi there, My Billi Eco (model 901000) under-bench boiling/chilled water system is currently in a fault state and needs someone experienced with Billi systems to diagnose and fix it. ⚠️ Issue: * System was working after a recent filter change (approx. 3 months ago) * Now hot water is not dispensing * Red internal fault light is flashing * Tap shows flashing yellow/orange indicator intermittently * Chilled water (blue light) is still working * System has been power cycled and partially resets but keeps returning to fault mode 🔍 What I think it may be: Possibly: * filter/service reset not completed properly * airlock after filter change * filter not fully seated or not being detected * needs service mode reset / fault clearing 🧰 What I need: Someone familiar with Billi systems (Eco/XL series) who can: * Diagnose fault cause * Reset service/filter timer correctly * Clear fault state * Ensure hot water function is restored * Check filter seating/flow if needed 📍 Location: Tugun 💡 Important: Please only send a quote if you have experience with Billi or instant boiling water systems. I’m looking for a quick fix/diagnosis rather than full system replacement.
