The sink push to plug/unplug is not functional anymore despite removing some debris build up. The toilet remains leaky despite very recent outlet valve replacement. I’m looking for an experienced plumber with no guess work to complete these tasks

External wall seems to lack any kind of commercial grade waterproof membrane. Water is seeping through from the external wall, in through thin garage wall during severe rain events. The house is elevated on steel stumps, so work involves suspended drainage. ​Scope of Work: • ​Mains Connection: Connect to existing sewer and water services at the main house and run to the new dwelling site. • ​Suspended Drainage: Install and clip main waste pipes to the steel floor joists as per AS3500. • ​Internal Rough-In: Run hot/cold water lines (PEX) to kitchen, laundry, bathroom, and electric hot water unit locations. • ​Compliance: Must be able to sign off on Form 7 and provide the "As-Constructed" drainage diagram for the certifier. ​Note: If Phase 1 is completed well, I will offer the Phase 2 Fit-off (tapware, toilet, and appliance connection) as a follow-up task.

Hi, I’d like a quote for installing water supply and drainage for an outdoor BBQ sink/tap. It requires running new water lines and connecting the waste drain. Thanks! The red-circled area is the proposed location for the BBQ sink and tap. I’ve marked the existing kitchen tap and the outdoor drainage point next to it. The second photo shows the area from another angle. There is also a garden hose connection on the wall — if necessary, I’m fine with using cold water only.
