Install new pipework from existing hot and cold supply in kitchenette to adjacent area to hook up washer. Run drain pipework for same to connect drain from washer and dryer. Laundry area is immediately adjacent to kitchenette. Probably less than 2m of pipework for each.

The water pressure in the bathroom is very low. I have already replaced the shower head, so the issue appears to be related to the taps. There is also occasional leaking. I am looking for someone to inspect and replace the internal components of the taps, as there may be a blockage inside. The taps are also not operating smoothly when turning on and off. Please note that you will need to supply the necessary internal parts.

Hisense model: HRCD454BW I’ve bought a fridge off Marketplace and the freezer won’t freeze even one tray of ice, it feels about the same temp as the fridge. The seals seem to be doing their job and I’ve gone over them with some silicone spray. The fridge is apparently only 2 years old and in great condition so it’s seeming likely it’s the thermostat as the fridge is cooling. I’m looking for someone to confirm the issue and fix her up on a very tight budget if possible 🥴 Price is incl. parts.
