First, we need to line-trace the existing connections. Replace the existing below-ground cold-water service pipework from the meter location on the front left side of the property to the below-ground copper connection points around the house. Works to include the hand excavation of a trench from the existing water meter to the corner of the house next to the pool pump; install a 25mm poly pipe from the meter to the corner of the house next to the pool pump; and backfill with sand and excavated material. Locate and mark the existing copper tails emerging from internal fixtures and tapware that are buried below the concrete. Cut concrete to marked areas and expose existing copper tail pipework. Install a 20mm copper supply pipe from the corner of the house next to the pool pump and continue around the house exterior wall approximately 75 mm above concrete level to the rear right side of house behind the kitchen, and connect the previously identified copper connections coming out from the house under concrete and install one hose tap behind kitchen as is currently and one hose tap near pool pump area. Pressure-test all new pipework upon completion. Reinstate the concrete level with existing finishes in plain concrete and remove and dispose of all rubbish on completion of works.
