I have a bathtub tap that is leaking continuously (slow drip from the spout). I’m looking for someone to inspect and fix the issue. It is likely a washer or internal valve problem, but I’m open to your professional advice. Moved in to new house, drain hose was not long enough. I have bought a 4.1m drain hose ready for someone to connect. Very easy job, I just wanted to make sure it’s done correctly so no leaks. May need stainless steel hose clamp. Not sure ..

Description Bathroom renovation currently at stud/rough-in stage. Copper plumbing is already installed but needs adjustment before the wall is sheeted and tiled. Scope of work: Install 3 in-wall mixer bodies I have purchased the mixer rough-in valves. They need to be installed and connected to the existing hot/cold copper lines and secured correctly in the wall frame. Extend outlet positions for fixtures The following outlets need to be extended forward so they will sit at the correct depth once wall sheeting and tiles are installed: • 1 × Shower outlets • 1 × Bath spout outlet Move toilet waste outlet The current toilet waste needs to be repositioned so a new toilet can sit flush against the wall.

Supply and install a new flush cone to the existing toilet system. Due to the removal of the existing connection from the flush pipe to the cistern to carry out the repair, a new nut and rubber connection will need to be supplied and installed at the cistern connection. Ensure overall longevity and help prevent any potential leaks when reinstalling and testing the new flush cone.

Have problems water isn’t very hot

Shower drain (large diameter, your arm can fit down it) blocked with hair. Products didn’t work and it’s not reachable/visible so it’s around the bend somewhere.
