Had new electric hot water system fitted due to old machine failing. Need pre exisiting mains power cables that are there to be reconnected into the hot water system so that new system can turn on and heat water.

We have two issues that need fixing: - Solar hot water cylinder not heating the water, I suspect due to the weather so maybe be a simple fix. Also visible rust and a small leak occasionally from the tank, we need advice if its OK. - Bath water drainage is very slow, may need unblocking

remove old Vulcan water system from inside unit and install new system ( INCLUDING DRIP TRAY ) existing tray is made of copper. system is 22 years old. had flood recently. pipe inside wall was leaking.

The hot water tap in the shower has a slight leak and only goes away if tightened pretty tight.
