Find a professional hot water system contractor in Sydney

Our office has a small hot water heater tank above the kitchen. It has passed its useful life and leaked into a ceiling light housing and tripped the electrical circuit. The power is off (fuse tripped) and the water has been turned off. We require an electrician to disconnect the hard wired connection to the hot water tank and check the circuit is safe before turning it back on at the fuse box.

I have recently moved into a new apartment and have no hot water from any of the faucets. The hot water meter outside the apartment was replaced 3 days ago and it’s piping hot but have no hot water inside. Plumber said potentially a faulty tempering valve but would like somebody to come and take a look.

Kitchen cupboard door has come off 2. Wardrobe , door keeps sliding open / slant 3. Put up rain cover in the back yard over back door 4. Scrape back and patch small wall/ old leak (no need to paint) 5. Repair 1 small piece broken floor board at the stair. Have spare. 6. Ideas meeting for next job - to add a suitable safety fence or high pot plant boxs. And also best option for a light weight cover above back roller door. Thank you!

Remove existing 50l hot water system and replace with new ( including supply and install ) . This is an electric unit and is located within the apartment in Sydney cbd

I have an outdoor hot water service that has its own PowerPoint that PowerPoint doesn't appear to be working as I need to now run an extension cord from a PowerPoint inside out to the hot water service to plug it in for it to then work so I believe it is the PowerPoint there is an issue with that is outside the house where the hot water service normally would plug into an operate from so I need that PowerPoint looked at and fixed

The tempering valve on a hot water system needs replacing because we are getting very little hot water from our shower. Flexible with date and times. Ground floor apartment, parking available.

I require a plumber for two tasks: 1. Replace shower head and taps (currently dripping, taking the opportunity to replace) 2. Our gas water heater and pipes are currently secured to a wall which is being torn down - need to run the pipes along an alternate route (or perhaps relocate hot water system entirely)

The hot water is not very hot. I think it needs to install a new Tempering valve Also to repair the leaking shower head.

We have a hot water tank that's running in off peak only. Not enough water for 4 people, so we need to change it to run all the time. No control panel on the tank, but the switchboard clearly shows the hot water labelled off peak.

Need a handyman with basic plumbing experience to disconnect 2 tea machines and assist with removing them from current position in bench. They are around 30kgs each and I will help lifting them. Also to remove glass feature that is attached to wall.

After changing the kitchen tap I realised there’s always small dots of black residue coming out of the water. I tried leaving the tap on and using it for a while but doesn’t seem to go away. How much would it be to have this looked at and fixed? Also my hot water is not working well and the building manager says a plumber needs to change or repair the temperature gauge valve inside the unit. Need a quote for this too. Cheers

Our electric (Rheem) hot water system stopped working after Friday’s storms, need help diagnosing and fixing the issue. Not sure if electrical or with the hot water unit itself. Screw on panel also stuck and cannot come in or out.

Relocate hot water tank down to ground level per photo, including pipe connections. I will arrange for another person to be there same time to remove all the soil/concrete beneath. There is already a concrete plate beneath hot water tank that can be reused. *Licensed plumbers only*
