Had a pre-sale building and pest inspection done ahead of auctioning my house. Report found minor leak on our hot water system from one of the valves - assume valve is worn or the seals??. we have moved into a Queenslander and the water pressure & temperature (specific to hot water) is not optimal. When hot water is switched on all the way you only get a small flow of water in comparison to the cold water tap. This is an issue across all taps & our shower. When the hot water is running it’s not hot enough to combat the pressure with the cold water, you just end up with a cold shower. Need help to resolve.
