Bathroom shower head is dripping continuously even when both hot and cold taps are fully turned off. The taps are separate, so likely a worn washer or valve inside the taps. Looking for someone experienced with to: - diagnose the cause - replace washer or valve if needed - stop the dripping completely Please bring your own tools and any required standard parts. I need a plumber to change the shower head in 2x units in the same complex. 1st Unit needs to have the big rain shower & handle removed, then replace with a standard single head. Then remove the standard single shower head in 2nd Unit, and replace using the big rain shower & handle from the 1st Unit.

Swap out hot water system to new electrics system (sparky will do hookup separately) install new shower head and tap handles. I have three phase power. New water heater going in exact same spot.
