I want to renovate a bathroom. It will involve removing all existing tiles and fixtures plus nib wall, re-waterproofing, tiling, building in a bathtub. Then install new bathtub (where exisiting shower is), basin, vanity/sink (slight move from exisiting location on wall) and toilet (same location). This would be a multi-task form since the limit on this platform is under-budget.

Hi, I am investigating options to renovate my small bathroom. Haven’t decided if I will do a basic remodel or major renovation. Need to keep costs low so will likely keep it simple. I will definitely need to remove and replace the vanity, mirror and toilet. Need new taps and shower fittings- the shower is very low - likely need this to be raised higher. Remove accessibility handles and replace wall and floor tiling. Cost dependent on whether I replace the bath. At the early stages of investigating quotes and options now to decide what is viable.

I want to change the layout of my shower doors. Ignore the items in the photo. In photo 1, I want to make the size of the shower about 40% smaller, by having the width of the glass only extend just past the drain on the right side. As I want to use the right side space of the shower for integrated storage. In the second photo - if you want to quote on this as well, I also want to remove the glass bricks and replace them with an openable window. Seperate, I may also decide on a full bathroom renovation and roll these jobs into that that makes more sense.

We have a few kitchen and carpentry jobs need doing in a small 2 bedroom unit renovation. We will hopefully have access to the unit in the next few weeks (just waiting on tenants to move out) so are wanting to lock in the right person now. Since this is a strata job you will need to be licensed. The job will incude... 1) removal of current kitchen bench top (see attached image) 2) installation of 2 new kaboodle drawer cabinets on left side of kitchen (currently a blank wall) 3) install a new kaboodle matching benchtop on both new and old sides of the kitchen including cut outs for sink and stove top 4) hanging of 2 floating wooden shelves above the new kitchen cabinets (see image - these shelves are provided) 5) cut and install a simple kaboodle benchtop in laundry (3d render photo attached) 6) install new bathroom vanity and hanging mirror cabinet to replace old ones (both are 750mm wide and vanity sits on floor). I have provided a before and after photos for you to get a better idea. We have all materials but you will need to have all the right tools to get the jobs done. I imagine this should be about a 2 day job for the right person.

There are a few things that need to be done. It would be amazing if you could do this on Wednesday, 18 June, but 19 June would also work. The bathroom fan needs to be cleaned, and the fan mechanism needs to be greased. It currently generates too much noise, which I believe is due to a lack of lubrication. The bathroom requires white silicone sealant. The toilet's water connector is twisted and needs to be replaced. The kitchen sink requires silicone (no picture included).

I am looking for experienced builders and tradespeople to assist with a full renovation of my kitchen and two bathrooms in an apartment in Surry Hills. The project includes a full gutting of both kitchen and bathrooms as well as the removal of a three-sided wall in the kitchen (approx. 3 meters in length) and installing two beams as per an engineer’s report/design. New water membrane in bathroom, cabinetry in kitchen and bathroom, bath, toilet, shower, sinks, tiles, etc to be installed.
