The kitchen is 30 years old. Water spilt from the kitchen sink or taps is going down a gap between the back of the sink and wall tiles. This has caused water damage to the bench top which needs repairing. I've posted a budjet of $1000 but this is completely negotiable depending on what needes to be fixed.
