There’s mould and water damage in the corner of my awning. I need it sanded back and touched up with paint to blend in with the rest.

An overhanging branch has caused this water damage in the corner. I just need this area sanded back and repainted to match the rest of the awning.

There is plaster and paint damage to ceiling from a leak from the unit above. As a result the cabinet s in kitchen were removed (water drenched and broken) and the area behind and above it needs to be packed out / panelled plastered and painted.
