We recently had some water damage at the clinic and had new flooring done, we need the skirting boards in the downstairs area either redone or sanded down, painted with high gloss white paint. Will be essential to come in and have a look at the ground floor first but will attach some photos for an idea. There is 4 rooms, a hallway, and waiting area. We need to patch work 2 spots in the ceiling. One is from water damage in the laundry area (thats has been fixed) but needs to be sanded and painted / patched. The other is a small hole from a down light that needs to be patched in the ceiling and will then need to have spot paint to conver it up. This is to adhere to requests from buyers who have asked us to do it prior to the unit going under contract.

One of the rooms has the architraves and cornices done with one coat. The stairwell is double story and will need scaffolding planks set up.
