I need quote for some sanding of little patches throughout the apartment and paint over them, bedroom wall has discolouration which needs to be painted over, tv dismounted and holes covered and painted. It is end of lease so it needs to be seamless

Need TV dismounted and patched and painted over the holes, as well as multiple little patch and paint jobs on the walls. Also need a larger portion of the wall painted due to a discolouration/stain from bed head. Some spots have been patched/painted but need a sand and a repaint to make it more seamless.

Need our small bedroom painted, we will supply paint /color. Only walls need to be painted. Surface preparation needed as its older place with very old paint. Relatively small room with 1 single bed and study table. 2 entire walls and other 2 have window and wardrobe. Potentially, we want to expand painting other rooms as well. Need door+window trim painted as well. We will supply paint as color needs to be picked, however would prefer for painter to bring there own rollers etc.
