An internal bedroom door has already been patched with putty and sanded flat. The sanding has slightly gone down to the brown wood around prior whole but is flat. Paint provided by building manager doesnt seem to cover the brown and seems thin - not sure if it needs some sort of undercoat prior to this paint being used with a roller (which I dont have)
