We need a draftsman to do some plans to give to a builder. It is knocking two bedrooms into one to make a master with en-suite and dressing room.

Looking for an experienced painter to paint our bathroom floor tiles. Paint will be provided but please let us know what else we need to purchase to make the paint work for a bathroom floor. - Due date: Before Friday, 3 February 2023

We have a small rectangular hole (approx. 240mm x 160mm) in our ceiling that needs to be patched and plastered. It’s an old access opening with visible plasterboard edges. The area is easily accessible from ground level — no scaffolding required. No painting required at this stage.

Need the entire ceiling of our apartment painted. Approx 96 SQM internal (potentially less). Paint can be provided. Need done on Friday 4th July

Repair damaged section on exterior deck ceiling caused by a roof leak that was repaired months ago (so area is dry). Also need a section of cornice (provided) refitted and associated caulking to cornice area. Matched painting of area preferred but not essential.

Should be a really easy job. We had some light plastering done last month, and we need the plastered areas to be painted. Small spots on the ceiling, with general touch up/sanding needed. Areas where split systems used to be. Some areas around ceiling fans. Shouldn't take more than an hour to two hours all up.

We have a mould problem in a large room upstairs. There is definitely mould in the corner of the ceiling (and over the window below this) and then in the same room there is a light spattering of mould on the other walls. We need someone to kill and remove the mould. Thanks! - Due date: Flexible

I’m looking for an experienced painter to prep and paint the following areas: • Main Bedroom – approx 4.5m x 4.5m • Walk-in Wardrobe – approx 2m x 3m, includes 2 shelves • Closet – approx 1.5m x 1m, includes 1 shelf • 4 doors in total (including inside edges) Scope of work includes: • Light prep work – patching/sanding walls as needed • Priming and painting (2 coats) walls, ceiling, shelves, and doors • Clean up after job I will provide: • All paint • Bedroom will be pre-stripped of furniture and carpet The week of 1st June
