We had some renovations done with a new staircase and some walls taken down and we need some of the walls painted and the side of the staircase to white including the bars along the staircase, the decorative top of the entryway, also walls that had patching done in the bathroom that had some walls replaced, the ceiling where they patched it up and the staircase handrail . Hi, we have a Queenslander with VJ ceilings. The VJs need to be gapped, and two coats of ceiling paint to the cornice and ceilings. There is a lounge room, hallway and 3 bedrooms.

A hungry mouse has chewed on several doors and trim. Hoping to hire someone who can fix trim with builders bog filler, then sand and paint.

Paint two bedrooms white. Rooms are 3.5m x 4m with 2.7m high ceilings. Ceilings need to be painted as well. All surfaces need at least 2 coats. Also need 6 windows architraves and 6 door architraves lightly sanded and 3 coats of charcoal paint. There are also 14 bays of actual windows to be lightly sanded and painted w/ 3 coats of charcoal. All paint will be supplied.

Sand timber door and stain

Back deck needs sanding and lacquering. It is exposed to all elements. Looking for a quote please.

I approximately 40m2 of deck that need cleaning, light sanding and deck staining. There are 3 decks with the smallest only being 1x4m on the top level. They were stained 4 years ago using Wattyl Weatherguard (Merbai tint) so doesn't need to be overlay sanded as the stain paints over nicely. Must have your own sanding equipment and I will supply the paint / brushes etc.

The timber battens faces in my garage need to be sanded, and painted. The x4 timber battens sections are roughly 1.8m tall by 1.8m wide. I can supply the paint, you’ll need to supply the brushes, drop cloths, rollers etc. It will be important not to get any white dripping or showing through to the outside faces of the battens as they have just been professionally painted with monument (grey colour).

Apply 2 coats of white external paint semi gloss to front verandah balustrade, posts, and, side cladding purlins and lintels and lattice. Exclude house facade.

There’s an area on the ceiling with metal slats I need patched over with a thin sheet of wood/plywood.The patch will need to be white (or painted white)to somewhat match the ceiling.
