Need a segment of a ceiling in lounge painted. This is for a bond refund. Landlord advised me that my paint job was too obvious, and so I need a segment of the ceiling painted (roughly 2m wide, and then from wall to wall). I do not want the entire ceiling painted. I do not have the paint to supply, you will have to provide your own paint and equipment. I will not be at the premise but I have left a key there for you to enter. As the house has been bond cleaned, if you could please make as little mess as possible

Ceiling repair due to damaged plaster from a cleaner using a pressure washer on my ceiling. Wanting someone to patch and sand it back so there will be a smooth finish for me to arrange painters.

Bedroom walls have been lined with Gyprock. Just need the walls plastered now. Ceiling and cornices don’t need to be done. Walls are about 3.2m tall.

need a quote to line 4 walls of my Queenslander bedroom walls 3x3mx 3m high bedroom walls go over the top of existing wallpapered & painted walls. i already have the 8 sheets of Gyprock, the glue & the screws.

There is a small dent in wall from where removalist backed some furniture into, needs to be spac filled and painted over (I have the paint)

We are looking for a wall painter to help us remove graffiti from our walls on our property. We already have the paint available, we just need someone to done the paint.

I have two spots on the wall that need patching up before I move. The photo shows both. The walls in the house are already patchy so doesn’t need a full colour match with the rest of the wall. Just blended.

Hi, I am vacating my property and doing all the end of lease repairs etc. There are many scuffs on the walls where the paint has chipped and needs repaired. Also one small hole/dent. Need done Thursday 15th February (tomorrow ) or Friday 16th February. Also I need to repair screen door that has come off rollers. Attached is photos. If someone could please help me patch and repaint be so greatful. Happy to pay an hourly rate and then for paint supplies or can pay an overall fee. Open to discuss and negotiate a fair price.

Diminishing height walls as per photo supplied, 2 side dimensions 1300 low point, 2 meters high point by 4.5m long, exterior cladding fibro cement sheets and timber. 1 side is 1300 x 4.5m , all windows and post. 4 Window openings 1m x 1.050m, 2 window openings 1550 x 450, door opening 820 x 2040 to be painted up to stops and all post, timber fixings and soffits. Paint will be applied in 2 colours all timbers and surrounding mouldings 1 Color, all fibro cement sections is a different colour. All windows and door already removed for your painting convenience as they will be stained by others. Preparation will be important — scraping, sanding, and priming where required. Looking for a quality finish rather than a rush job. Happy to have a site visit to assess scope and quote properly. Timing is flexible. Please include experience with older timber homes and preferred paint products

The property is now vacant and I plan to move in on Sunday. The area required for painting is small - highlighted sections of the floor plan. Changing from grey to white walls.
