Looking for someone to give me a hand with some general prep work. P/hr Taping/ Sanding/ loose paint Possibility for more work depending on experience.

Needs to be hand washed not high pressured. Location between carport roof top and top of house roof.

Three bedroom house needed original hard wooden floors sanded and refinished. Looking for a natural or very light, mat or semi gloss finish. The is carpet in hallway and living area plus line-o in kitchen but I will remove them before hand.

We have a single level apartment at Avoca beach and require painting as follows- 2 bedrooms 2 coats walls including skirtings only. 1 small hallway and a combined living/ dining that has 2 walls only painted with 2 coat on walls including skirtings only. 1 small kitchen walls. All the walls are currently white and are being repainted off white to freshen up. The bedroom walls are rendered and the 2 living/ dining and entry hallway walls are brick painted white already. We will supply the paint.

4 hours per week for maybe 8 weeks. Will work out as time goes. Paint stripper/old paint sanding, staining, fixing curtain rails, painting, fixing shelves, gap filling, door painting, borders, window frame painting. Many many odd jobs i cant get around too. All easy jobs, $35 hourly. Some weeks more hours if you have time.

We require our new ballustrade to be sanded and varnished. It will need 2 coats with a sand in between. All materials provided. Posts and top rail to be varnished. Around 25 meters. The wires have been left out to make it easier.
