Hi, we're looking for a painter to paint all interior walls + ceilings white. (either Taubmans Brilliant White or Dulux Vivid White) The whole house is 71m2, floorplan attached. The bathroom has the plastic-like asbestos sheet, which can be painted over (may just need a different kind of paint, and cannot be sanded). Bathroom photo attached. Laundry walls are also asbestos boards (but different to the bathroom walls), so also cannot be sanded. All cornices, window trims, skirtings and internal doors will need to be painted. Same paint colour. Unfurnished, but the new kitchen will need to be covered. Parking available right outside the house, on the driveway. Please provide one quote with paints included, and one without. Thank you.

Paint the walls and ceiling highlighted on the picture (renovated area) The walls height is about 2.5 meters 2 walls have 72 CM width The big wall has 4 meters width but there is a window I have the paint myself

Narrow access. Remove 3 signs. Gurney and prep wall. 1 Coat Primner/Undercoat - 2 coast pain. Not sure of cost so putting placeholder cost.

Prepare timber gable (double round log cabin boards) sand old paint, fill holes, undercoat, no-more-gaps vertical joints, 2 x top coats. Prep barge board and paint. Prep and paint asbestos (wash only , no sanding) wall which includes 2 x sash windows. House goes from ground level at front to 1 storey up at rear so requires scaffolding. More painting work available but this east wall is priority, - Due date: Flexible
