I am looking for a qualified trade, or builder to carry out a few minor structural assessment and preventative maintenance job in the subfloor space in Wyoming. Scope of Work: (Photos attached) 1. Clean & Clear Ant Caps: Access the subfloor area to clear away loose builder's debris, old mortar, or obstructions blocking the metal ant caps on top of the brick piers. 2. Trim Ground-Contact Timber Lattice: Cut back the external timber lattice features that are currently making direct contact with the ground/soil mound. A clean, minimum 75mm clearance gap needs to be established between the bottom of the timber and the ground line. 3. Rectify Leaning Brick Piers: Inspect and rectify the brick piers that are being on a lean or showing structural deterioration. 4. Assess & Structural Support Adjustment: Investigate the metal support jacks/posts in parts of the subfloor framework. I need an assessment to ensure they safely support the main timber bearers, with adjustments or replacements priced if required. 5. Brickwork & Mortar Remediation: Repair areas of brickwork showing cracks, general deterioration, or missing mortar to structurally reinstate the integrity of the subfloor walls/piers. Project Details: Location: Wyoming, NSW 2250 (Central Coast) Access: Full subfloor crawl space access is available, and easily accessible from the Garage.
