We got our room tiled and plastered and now need a chippy to put the stairs back together and potentially remove around 10mm from the bottom of the stairs Wenalso have an internal door that needs the same removed Both tiler and plasterer said it was on the other person to do Please help!

Tube within the assembly has sheared - see photo/s. I do not know where to source a replacement. House was built in 1991, and assembly may be the original for the window. Don't have anything similar in Bunnings.

IKEA installer failed to remove skirting board, so bookcases (Ikea billy) is bolted to wall but leaning against it. Job is to dismantle enough to remove skirting board to then reattach the bookcases to the wall. So need to detach from wall, remove skirting board and reattach to the wall.

Kitchen doors need to be replaced and hinges fixed The doors have been water damaged as a result. They have come off their hinges. If you can fix the hinges it’ll be okay. If you can replace the door it would be better thank you.

I'm moving into a rental with awful old blinds and curtains. I would like them removed, mainly taking down a few blind tracks, not many. And some rods. Also patching up the wall after.
