Approximately 28m² of existing face brickwork to be rendered, including the main rear wall, side walls, returns and blade walls shown in photos. Plasterers sand is already on site and available for use. Looking for a high-quality finish with: * Walls rendered straight and flat * Clean, sharp external corners and edges * Corner beads where required * Neat finish around openings and returns * Suitable finish ready for painting later * Renderer to supply remaining materials required (cement, lime/additives, beads etc.) * Clean up on completion Render only — no painting required. Easy ground-level access with the area currently clear while renovations are underway. Must be completed no later than Saturday 5 September 2026. Quality is important, so please provide photos of previous rendering work and confirm availability to complete by the deadline. Budget: $1,300 — open to reasonable offers from experienced renderers.
