It's true guys.... This guy is the real deal, Polite, Respectful, Efficient, and Commited to the Grind. He accepted to carry out service works to our property into the early hours of 1am, due to our requirements. Not to mention the preparation work surrounding the job starting, From collecting Material, Return to site works to acheive job completion. Very consistent attitude throughout the 2 days, which is what is genuine about this man. *if I had to mention x1 thing to complete his package, is that he buys a wet/dryy Vac that he can attach to his tools, to minimise dust internally. Other than that, he is a good man, hard working man, finished off with a layer of quality* Bottom line is, yes, I would have him return to my house for further works🙏🙏🙏🤝🤝🤝

Need an experienced handyperson or plasterer to patch and repair 6 holes in a residential plasterboard ceiling. 3 x Ceiling Vents: Back-block and patch 3 small ventilation holes 2 x Extractor Fan Holes: Patch 2 larger round extractor fan cutouts using back-blocking. One is in shower recess (AquaChek) 1 x Ducted Vent Edge Repair: Cut out and replace a damaged section of plasterboard where spring clips have pulled through the corner. Tape and base coat to all patches. Final sand and paint completed by owner. Must supply all materials required.

Take down a glass sliding door and remove the wooden housing above it from the wall. In its place, hang a solid wooden door. I do not want it to be a functional door, it just needs to block off the door frame. You will need to fix it to the wooden door frame with several brackets. I do not have any brackets, so you must supply them. The door is slightly bigger than the doorway, so you will need to plain it. Place all of the remnants in my storeroom down the side of the house. Do not leave a mess.
