Hi! For this initial task, I’m looking for an experienced handyman to install/replace a door handle. I’ll supply the handle; you’ll need your own tools. I also have many other projects coming up and would love to find one reliable, versatile handyman I can use long term, rather than finding someone new each time. Future jobs may include shelves, IKEA furniture assembly, door handles/hardware, cabinetry/carpentry, planning/building an in-built wardrobe, repairs, home improvements and general house or yard maintenance. For larger projects, I’d love someone who can advise me on the best way to achieve what I want, take measurements and tell me what materials to buy. I will purchase and pay for all materials myself. Your time will always be paid. If I ask you to come over just to look at a project, give advice, measure or work out what materials I need, I will still pay you for your time. We had a sensory swing ceiling mount installed but it's not the best job and it is very loose. There has been a plank of jarrah attached to ceiling joist. Just needs another go over to do a better job and make it sturdier and safer. Someone with carpentry background might be the best fit. Would like done ASAP if we can.

Roller shutter has gone up on a 2nd level and won't come down with internal strap release. Will need a ladder to reach to 2nd level. Likely to just need the shutter guided back on track.

Square up, render and texture coat this recess for the placement of a doorbell intercom. I have 2mm acrylic texture coat to match the outer surface but you will need to supply your own tools, sealer, edging and render. Recess is approx 200mm x 120mm.
