Due to a water leak from the air conditioning, it has caused damage to the overhead kitchen cupboard and an overhead cupboard in the laundry. A small section of the cornice has also been water damaged. Small grease stains on the ceiling in the kitchen caused from the cooktop and rangehood being used in the vicinity, not caused from the event. I need it repaired, sand back and painted.
