A total of 5 doors need to be fixed. I’m open to either repairing or completely replacing them, as I’m not sure if they can be salvaged. Also, the 5 door frames need repainting. I have a new Milkcan Stroud Letterbox to be installed into an existing wooden picket fence. Requires a small circular saw or similar to cut opening in fence, and drill to install. Need own tools please. The old letter box to be removed please. Held in by one screw, but wooden mount to be sawed off flush.
