I need an experienced, professional plasterer to repair a damaged section of plasterboard and securely remount a curtain rail. ​As seen in the photo, the curtain rail bracket has pulled out, creating a hole and causing a significant stair-step crack to travel up the wall. This job will require a professional and experienced plasterer to ensure a seamless fix. Because of the extent of the cracking, it may even require a replacement of a larger piece of plasterboard rather than just a simple patch. ​Scope of Work: ​Plasterboard Repair: Assess damage, cut out compromised plasterboard if needed, install replacement/patch, tape, flush, and sand to a smooth, paint-ready finish. ​Reinforcement: Ensure the area where the curtain bracket attaches is properly reinforced (stud-fixed or using heavy-duty toggles) so it can safely handle the weight of the curtains. ​Curtain Rail Remounting: Re-install the curtain rail bracket securely back into position. ​Requirements: ​Must be a qualified or highly experienced plasterer. ​Please bring all your own tools, plasterboard/materials, compounds, and heavy-duty wall fixings. ​Clean up and removal of any plaster debris. ​(Note: Painting the repaired wall is not required, just a perfect, paint-ready finish). ​Please share your experience with similar repairs when bidding. Plasterboarding / Drywalling / Gyprocking A shed interior

Hi, I’m renovating my kitchen and need plastering where the splashback has been removed and exposed the brick. Needs to be level and ready for new stone splashback, however on one wall the stone splashback is only skirting height so the plastering needs to be done smooth in order to paint.

Plastering of 2 conduit tracks. 145cm in length and 3cm in width with smaller lines around power point. Don’t need painting - just plastered over.

I need 3 old fans replaced and some more power points.

Repair or replacement of timber on awning There is no asbestos

I require new paint for the inside face of my awning, underside of roof sheets, and roof rafters. Dimensions of roof is 6m x 2m. Height of awning is approx 1m. Colour required is white. See attached photos, hatched area is where paint is required. Have to supply your own paint.

Electrician also required to install tv plug and power point on single brick wall behind tv. New plugs requires approx 70 cm chase from the existing plug and power point directly below the existing tv. I will do plastering, repainting and clean up.

Installing 4 metal peg boards on gyprock and wooden wall.

Install 9 awnings that are approx 1 meter in length. Must have experience in installing awnings. The installation is in front of a verandah.

Install an awning to our outdoor fascia. It will need to have a timber beam attached first to make it structural and hold weight. The awning is 5m x 2.5m retractable with folding arms and crank. We are located in East Victoria Park.
