Our alfresco outdoor gyprock ceiling has partially collapsed so it needs replacing and old ceiling removed - looking at our house plan it says it is gyprock lined at 30c the plan also states that the alfresco area is 16.36m2

We need to replace the fixed toilet window with an awning window, keeping the privacy glass the same and adding an internal fly screen. A photo of the existing window is attached. The internal opening measures roughly 120 x 58.5 cm. It's the ground floor, easily accessible from the backyard. Newly rendered walls require paint rolling with a textured roller and cutting in. To blend with existing finish, whole panels will need painting as well. Approximately a day labour. Budget does not allow for paint, which will be paid for additionally.
