I have 4 bedrooms and 1 Corridor that’s require flushing of walls and ceiling + sanding and cornice installed all 5 areas. I have the cornice and cornice cement. I have 1 17kg tub of all purpose compound. Will require more materials that I can supply or you can what ever is easier.

I have approx 70m2 of ceiling that needs to be insulated and then plasterboarded, with shadowline cornice. I've highlighted the raked ceiling on the plan. The spacing on the plan is incorrect. It's actually approx 550mm. I'm wanting R2.5 570x90mm insulation batts. There are 3 skylights that need to be kept, so extensions for these have to be installed also. Please quote on supply and install.

The old balustrade is rotten but the uprights ok. I have the new treated pine replacement timber. Red strapping in pics is holding the balustrade together. We don't require the Criss cross pattern as shown in pics. All vertical are ok, I I I I I I
