Hi, I’m looking for an experienced handyman to help with a few jobs around my rental property. Tasks include: • Install/mount 4x security cameras (exterior – front & back, mounting only, no wiring required) • Install picture hooks along hallway • Secure 2 cabinets safely to the wall in living room & a shelf in bedroom. • Assist with garage privacy x3 fenced areas – I have bamboo panels and would like help installing them to make the space more enclosed and reduce wildlife/rain entering (open to suggestions on best method) Property details: • Exterior: brick façade • Interior: plasterboard (likely over brick) • Single storey, easy access Requirements: • Must bring own tools and fixings - the fixings can be supplied if advised on what to buy, • Experience drilling into brick & plasterboard properly • Work must be neat and suitable for a rental (able to patch/repair at end of lease) • Happy to provide advice on best way to install bamboo panels securely Timing: I work shifts, so my schedule changes weekly. We have a back door that connects the backyard to the garage that is old and warped and we would like a new one installed, painted and if possible to use the same lock (please).

One of the screws on the seat is broken. I have the similar part but not sure if it fits. I don't know how to fit the screw back in its place. If that doesn't fit, then replace the seat cover.

Remove old front door and fit new door and hardware.

Install four separate handrails and retighten / refit one in four separate places, Ensuite bathroom : 25mm double towel 900mm, Ensuite toilet : 32mm with toilet roll holder 450mm, Ensuite shower : 25mm rail 1200mm, Main toilet wall : 32mm 90 degree angled 450mm, Main bathroom wall : tighten / refit existing 25mm double towel 900mm, Install a handrail in the bathroom, one in the ensuite shower, one in the ensuite toilet, and one in the main toilet. I will supply the four rails (as in the photo), the supplied screws, and supplied wall plugs (although you may find we need larger sized ones). You will need the necessary drill bits for drilling into tiles and bricks, along with your own drill (or you can us mine). Note that the bathroom and shower walls are tiled, while both the toilets are painted/plastered/brick wall. You may find it useful to use a stud finder if you have one (I do not have one). The job is in Kewdale, time flexible as I am on break from work for the next few weeks. The handrails have been bought from Bunnings- see sizes in photos.

We have a new shed kit with instructions. The panels need to be put together and the shed constructed on a small concrete slab next to our house. The shed is approximately 1.5 X 3 X 2 M.

We had someone damage our door, they put a hole in the door and a lot of it damaged. May need new one

Need rendering to brick facade at the front and front side of my property where the adjoining alfresco area and front entry resides in order to complete rendering. There also a few crack in my existing render that need repairing. Job is not urgent can be done next year. Measurements are for the frontface 3160x2140, alfresco side 3160x1360 (tap and gutter photo), entry side 2340x1601 (gutter only picture) and above corner roofside face 1550x640.
