The slide door on in the kitchen broke down. It has a wheel round stone come out . Need to be fixed again on door. It has a slide hook on the kitchen wall with wooden cover

The whole kitchen pantry falled from the wall , It need to be reinstalled professionally.

Have new letter box as previous one was broken. Need to fix it on the spot it might require cement, paint and rivet(keel). Urgent

Install interior door handles

Garage door cable has come off near the top rail/drum area. Need someone to reattach and realign the cable. Photo attached.

Scope of Work (See photos): Cabinet Hinge – Screws Missing/Loose (Kitchen/Laundry Cabinet) Fix or replace screws on a cabinet concealed hinge. Tighten or replace as required so the door sits and closes properly. Cabinet Hinges – Replace x4 (Bathroom Cabinet) Replace 4 x damaged/broken concealed (euro-style) cabinet hinges on a bathroom cabinet. Hinges are visibly broken/corroded and need full replacement (all 4 as photo only has 3 but there are 4 in total). Door Latch – Passage Latch Not Engaging (Interior Door) The passage latch bolt is not retracting/engaging into the strike plate, causing the door not to close properly. Repair or replace the passage latch set as needed. Toilet Door Knob – Replace with Privacy Lock Knob The toilet/bathroom door currently has a plain passage knob with no lock. Replace with a privacy lock knob set (interior thumb-turn, no key required) so occupants can lock the door from inside. Materials: Tradie to supply all materials and discuss cost with me before purchasing. Please keep selections simple and budget-friendly. Receipts required for reimbursement. Material cost will be paid in addition to Labour in Quote or you can provide offer including material if you can.

Install a fire place flume and location are in place

Change existing hinged doors to sliding doors. Upgrade the interior wardrobe space

Internal: Replace gyprock to wall floor to ceiling and under window. Needs taped and sanded ready for painting. Main section is 2500(h) x 1600 (w) Under window 300(h) x 1800 (w) Needs new edging at window to tie into new sheets. External: Remove wood look Hardie plank and replace cracked fibre cement sheets behind. Dimensions similar to gyprock, may vary depending on joints in the sheets. Install new insulation to cavity and weatherproof membrane before reinstalling boards (need 2 new lengths for bottom that got damaged). Light metal frame structure Can discuss supply of materials

Need spotlight roller blinds cut and fitted

Have three gyprocked frames in windows that need flushed with wall and ready to be painted. 2 are 2400×600 and 1 is 1400×600.

-My side gate needs a new tech screw in it. -I have some minor damage near my front door frame. -There is some render that needs to be patched up near my front door.

Want the supply and install of the fixed shower screen glass.

Hi looking for someone to help me install my awning to my kings roof top tent I’ve already half installed the bracket to the tent Jus need someone to help me lift the awning to measure placement of bolts on awning ,take it down , secure bolts and cover and then install properly onto bracket Shouldn’t take too long maybe a hour. Hello. I am wanting installed in my sons bedroom - 2x hooks (1x screw each) 1x guitar hook 2x small floating shelves. (2 screws per shelf) All items are pictured. However you will need appropriate masonry drill bit as the walls I believe are double brick. I am looking for someone today if possible please, and if you live in Thornlie or close by, please let me know because I would love to have someone close by for other small jobs in the future - ie. hang curtain rod in the same bedroom in the coming days or week.
