The window blinds are stuck , they do not get open

Garage door cable has come off the drum on one side. Need someone experienced to refit/replace the cable, reset the drum tension and make sure the door opens evenly. Photos attached.

Looking for an experienced renderer to repair and refresh my existing outdoor brick BBQ. Existing render is old and has fallen away/cracked in several areas. I would like all loose render removed, damaged areas properly prepared and repaired, and the vertical faces re-rendered/skimmed to give a neat, consistent finish. I am planning to install either stainless steel or another benchtop finish over the horizontal top, so I do not need the top surface decoratively rendered. It just needs to be made sound/level enough for the new top. I would like to retain the exposed brick feature around the centre BBQ opening if possible. Photos supplied. Please include materials in your offer and advise what preparation you recommend.

External: Remove wood look Hardie plank and replace cracked fibre cement sheets behind. Dimensions similar to gyprock, may vary depending on joints in the sheets. Install new insulation to cavity and weatherproof membrane before reinstalling boards (need 2 new lengths for bottom that got damaged). Light metal frame structure Can discuss supply of materials
