I have an exhaust fan in my ensuite which has stopped working. I need it replaced with a IXL 250mm White Eco Ventflo model, which I can buy from Bunnings. I have unscrewed the old one, but can’t see or reach the plug to be able to install the new one with my short ladder. May require going up through the nearby access panel to swap the plugs. If so, we are happy to be on the floor for you to pass the old fan down to and pass up the new plug, so we only need one person. Modern house built 2017, single story. If you want to make your trip more worthwhile, I also need these things done. Please specify if your offer includes any of these or is just for the fan. - OPTIONAL Drilling in one broom holder bracket + 7 wall plugs and screws to hang paintings from (I have the plugs and screws and points to drill will be marked in pencil, just bring your drill) - OPTIONAL spray and wiping to clean the mould that has grown since the exhaust fan stopped working above the shower.
