Requiring installation of an internal gyprock wall over the top of an existing internal gyorock wall. Needing insulation installed between the two (new and existing) gyorock walls. Commercial space. Existing wall is small (approx 3 x 4m) and has 1 door on it. Location West Perth. Office easily accessible.

Gyprock ceiling and 2 side walls and finish to pre painting standard. Size is approx 2.5m long, 2m wide, 400 drop. In a small gym so Either during the day between 10am-4pm or after 10am Saturday or anytime sunday.

We are removing a fireplace and a stud wall. The demolition works are set to be complete on Tuesday 9th. There will be roughly 3m2 of ceiling that will need fixing and a 15cm x 300cm part of wall that will need patching.

DESCRIPTION TOTAL • Install 10mm gyprock plaster board to existing brick walls. • Remove fireplace and install timber frame for gyprock sheeting in front entry. • Install gyprock sheeting to bar area, main lounge and kitchen/dinning. • Install metal corners where required. • Install new cornice where required. • Remove existing fireplace and tiles in main loungeroom. • Supply labour and materials . • Remove building rubbish.

Hi, I'm looking for an experienced gyrocker, handyman/ceiling fixer to fill in this gap at the top of cabinet. Fill gap and add a small frame, finish with matching cornice and prime and paint. Cornice (size tbc but I think it's 90mm) is just standard off the shelf at Bunnings. I will cover the cost of materials needing to be purchased but ideally someone with experience that does these type of jobs often will have gyprock glue etc already. Someone local is preferable as there will likely need to be a couple of visits due to drying times etc. This quote is for initial start cost only and we can discuss on meeting any further requirements etc. Or if you are happy to come past and quote first, I will amend this if needed. Hi, I need someone to safely hang a large mirror 155x65cm horizontally on a gyprock wall in the dinning room please. I would do it, but I wanted to make sure it's done professionally (on studs preferrably) as it is quite heavy.
