There is a big crack in cornice as per picture. The guy that did it filled it in with silicone, but it's not straight, so may need replacing. It's around 2 metres in length.

Highlighted in pictures a small section of cornice that's damaged and would like replaced. If easier you can replace from the damaged area all the way to the corner. Need you to also sand it flush so it's ready for me to paint. You'd need to provide the cement & tools. I can provide the cornice - we can chat about this.
Really happy with Josh's work. The new cornice couldn't sit flush to the wall initially due to some problem with the wall, but he managed to overcome the problem. He even went out of his way to help plaster up & sand a small section of the ceiling that was flaking (not part of the task). Would not hesitate to call upon him in the future for similar work if required.

Get a quote on fixing the eave sheet. The eave sheet is coming away from the facia and dropping down. Unsure if the eave sheets and cornice needs replacing. The eave sheet does not slot in to the facia and appears to be warped.
