What do fan installers do?
Even if you know how to install ceiling fan wiring, the installation must be done by a licensed electrician to avoid the danger of electrocution. If you're having more than one fan installed on the same day, each additional ceiling fan installation will usually cost less than the first.

Bathroom ceiling fan fell out. I have a step ladder but I’m too short (165cm) to get the clips positioned to hold it in the drywall. Basically I just need someone to put it back in the ceiling and make sure the clips are positioned properly to stop it from falling back down again. You would need a torch.
