Our relocatable home has two small decks (wood) with three steps leading up to each deck. The front deck has two wooden hand rails, the, back deck has just one. Each rail fastens to a metal pole at each end with screws. The screws have rusted as have most of the metal poles where the rails join them; one of the rails has come loose at one end and this problem looks certain to spread to all of the rails as the rust slowly spreads. They rails need to be replaced. Please note that this is not exactly super urgent - I have propped up the end that's come loose and it's holding well. Each rail is 40 inches in length (102 cm). Another matter will have me asking your advice as to how to I should go about removing the rust which I've mentioned.
